| What we do
We provide help through regular meetings with guest speakers to explain, demonstrate and answer questions. We have an email list where you can post details of your problem, even if you are not a member, and we will try to solve it for you. We also publish an electronic newsletter with hints and how to articles. And we now offer an online service. Just fill in the form and submit it attached to an email to the Secretary and we'll get back to you.
We can also provide members with some one-to-one help and advise them of other sources of help. Contact a member of the Committee for more details.
And then there is this website. Have a look around. There are many hints, archives of newsletters and feature articles, packed with help and advice. We've recently begun an expansion of our hints section with digital photography among the extra sections.
There are also links to tutorials and reference websites.
How to submit a problem
Please download the Problem Form by right-clicking on the button at left, and bring the completed form to one of our meetings, or download it, complete it - you can do this with Foxit Reader's Typewriter mode - and email it as an attachment to the Secretary - secretary(at)hobartpcgroup.org.au. By submitting as many details as you can, before the meeting, you give us the chance to prepare an answer for you.
