Our website

The Hobart Computer Users Group Inc., which began in 1984 as the Tandy Hobart Users Group, welcomes you and invites you to look around. We are a beginner- and senior- friendly group, who are here to help you. We specialise in IBM-compatible computers, mostly running some version of Windows, though a few members are now experimenting with Linux. We are also interested in digital photography, scanning (e.g. of photographs), CD "burning", system maintenance, networks, popular software applications, free software, Internet usage and, of course, email.

Our Group has a laser printer, an IBM-compatible computer, a digital camera, an LCD projector and screen. We have access to a professional technician and other experienced personnel and are well-placed to help you.
